I want to call report from form but as u know when we call report from form than it creates another session.
Is there any way through which we avoid creating this session.

Plz help me in this matter. Thanks in advance.

since reports is another tool, a new session will be created!

New session cannot be avoided. Specially with Oracle9i Forms. Since the report engine runs on the Application server, session creation is automatically maintained by the middle tier. Some Application server configuration may help but new session cannot be altered by the Form.
