Oracle9i Developer Suite Release 2
FRM-10142:The HTTP Listener is not running of
VT-03 at port 8888.
Please start the listener or check you runtime preferences.
VT-03 = hostname
what is the method to correct the problem?

please solve the problem as earyly as possible.
