Hi
Is it possible to call function from activeX control library (*.dll) from developer? if yes then how?

developer online help has described it well. dll functions are not called directly. in stead you create a wrapper PL/SQL package thru the Program/OLE Importer option from the Forms menu and use PL/SQL commands. But it is really adventurous and i wish u all the best.

The external DLL files can be called from D2k ,using the USER_EXIT function. Some registry settings have to be done for using it. u can go thru' the Help available in D2k for keywords USER_EXIT and DLL.
