Dear Sir..

Sir i am using Oracle 7.0 and forms 6i recently i developed one small project. but i have one problem that i dunt no how to take the bakup...can i write sum coding on push button that when i click they ask the date and then starts the backup in txt or dmp file if yes whatz the coding plz help me....and how i recovery the data and database also if they broken and whatz the Backup and Recovey coding....send me coding plz...thanks....

there are tools of oracle for backup and recovery.
i'd say read some oracle documentation about it.
