Hi All when i try to compile my Oracle Developer 9i Forms it gave me error
FRM-10142 The HTTP Listener is not running <Computer Name.Domain Name.com> at port 8888 please start the Listener or check your runtime prefrences. i get help from web and found that run the OC4J Instance i did this but when again i try to compile my forms it open Internet Explorer and shows no output their and still the same error after starting oc4j instance.
can someone tell me the exacy way to develop my 9i forms.

Remove the existing oracle jinitiator in your pc, and try to run, then the browser itself installs the latest Jinitiator 1.3.1.8. Then it will be ok. I faced the same problem which you faced. Now i am looking to maximize the window size. Got any idea.
