URGENT!!! URGENT!!! Excel.exe still in memory [message #82348]

I am using OLE2 to open the excel. The excel application is not closing automatically when i use OLE2.INVOKE(APPLICATION,'QUIT') OR OLE2.INVOKE(APPLICATION,'CLOSE'). I have to go to the excel window and close it. After closing the window, excel.exe is still in my memory. How do I close the application automatically and release the memory utilised?

and besides, i do know the answer, but the use of word URGENT at this site makes me sick [[ iknow im not the only one with this thaught]] so i woudnt take time to explain it tho.. :)
