I have a form that has 5 checked box items.

I am using 1 column in my table to store the checked box values.

It worked when I only have 1 checked box, but I need to use multiple checked boxes because the users can select multiple answers on the form.

I store the results in 1 column because it is the same type of data.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I presume the check boxes need to be in sync. with text items. If that's the case then open the property sheet of the block where the text item and your check boxes should be.Set the 'Number of records displayed' property to the desired value.
Then create the text item and check box item from the Object Navigator, set the necessary properties eg. Item Type etc.., Then open your Layout Editor : they will both default to the 'Number of records to be displayed' value.
