hi
i have installed Per. Oracle 8 then Forms 6i and then
Reports 6i. From the PROGRAM group when i start SQLPLUS
which is associated with Forms and Reports
i get error ORA-12203 TNS:unable to connect to destination. This oocurs when the database is not started. When i start database, and do the same i get another dll error. But when i start database then using
SQLPLUS from Oralce group all works fine. Can i anybody tell whats this?
