Hey,

Well sure u can have static headers in reports.

got to the layout editor, select the header section, select the text tool type the text and this will be u r static header.

but i want that when i scroll down the page
the headers should not disappeared.

Best way of doing it is, just select the header section that u want to be static. go to their p.p.
set the print object on property to all pages.
