Does anyone know how to create a drop down list to include some lookup tables in Forms Developer?

u cannot use a drop sown list for looking the tables. instead od this u can use LOV by writing the query select * from tab;
in the query window on running the lov wizard.
hope this will solve ur prob.

Hello

To achieve this
You have to make a list item and then
making a recordgroup and populate that list by
using the propulate_list syntax.
You can find an example in the developer help also
