Tengo problemas para usar WIN_API_DIALOG.open_file, cuando lo invoco desde un FORM, obtengo el siguiente error:

FRM-40734 Internal Error: PL/SQL error ocurred.

Uso las siguientes versiones de programas:
OS: W95
Forms [[32 Bit]] Version 6.0.5.35.3 (Production)
Oracle7 Server Release 7.3.4.0.0 - Production
With the distributed and replication options
PL/SQL Release 2.3.4.0.0 - Production
Oracle Toolkit Version 6.0.5.6.0 (Production)
PL/SQL Version 8.0.5.1.0 (Production)
