How to identify if non-database item is changed.?

When I query up the records...in block that includes both database fields and non-database fields. If I make some changes in non-database field and try to save it, It says 'no changes to save'..

Any ideas?

hi Sanjeev,
try checking form_status = 'CHANGED', or a similar status.

It is one of the SYSTEM.<variables>.

Or suppress your message in ON-ERROR or ON-MESSAGE trigs.
