In the When New Form Instance i want to do a select * from table A and hold the record information. Here i dont want to assign to any variable or item. I want use these values at a later time during the same transaction. How do i Do this, Pls help me

Hi,
Just create the textitems(don't show the items in canvas, by put null in canvas name in properties) and
assign the values to these items, u can use the values
at any time.
Hope this would help u, further u want tell ur requirement briefly.
