When vaildate-item trigger [message #80208]

Hi,

I am updating the table at the form level trigger in When vaildate-item trigger.Since it is restricted builtin it is not allowing to commit. What do I do.
I checked at the backend it did not update the table

Please help

Your problem is not clear to me. anyway you can use

Forms_ddl('commit');
