After I compile a form using Forms Builder which came with Oracle 9i Developer Suite, I run my form. When I run my form an IE browser window opens up and starts to load, as if it is about to load my form. But it never finishes loading and than sais URL NOT FOUND. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Check your runtime path in the registry, it is most likely pointing to IE instead of Oracle runtime.
