Drawing a button gives 10 buttons [message #79904]

Something strange is happening... I have a canvas with 20 db records displayed, I am trying to draw an 'add' button. For some reason when I try to draw it with the button tool in Forms, it pops up with 10 buttons instead of one??? anyone know what's happening?

Try creating the button in a different block.

Set the Number of Items Displayed property of the add button to 1.
