FORM CLOSES IN RUNTIME FOR NO REASON [message #79540]

Hello All,

The strangest thing is happening... Under a SAVE button I am selecting a sequence.nexval into a pk field and then I am doing a commit_form; after this, this form and runtime application just shut down... close...

Anyone know why this could be happening???

Is it possible it is exiting from the key-commit trigger on that block?
