We have the same problem here. We've installed patch 7 and now the EXIT_FORM builtin does not work properly. Instead of leaving the form and go back to the menu, it closes the runtime app. We have the forms 6.0.8.16.1 version.
Is there a solution for this

I use forms 4.5 and I have the same problem : sometimes, EXIT_FORM closes the entire application instead of leaving the current form and returning to the previous form. Have you find a solution ?
