Create PL/SQL library - PDE-PLI031 Error [message #78035]

Dear all,

I want to create a PL/SQL Libraries using Procedure Builder.
When I try to save the procedure to database, a error
PDE-PLI031 Unable to fetch record from table tool_modulre.
Would you please tell me how to solve this problem ?

even i am getting the same error and i just started to work on Oracle Reports 6i, since the past few days. if u have got a solution for this pls let me know.

A few months later for the solution, but it's relatively easy. The reason why you guys can't create a new library is because you're probably currently connected to your database. In Procedure Builder, click File and choose Disconnect. This applies for the error code PDE-PLI031. I've also added a link for further information if you need a visual.
