In the "Advantages of Database Web services Call-ins":

Database Web services call-ins allow:

Leveraging existing or future PL/SQL stored procedures and Java classes running in the database
...
Does anybody know where I can find out more about these mysterious "call-ins", what they entail, how to call them etc.... I cannot find anything!
