Hello...
I have the Oracle Application Infrastructure and Server 9.0.2.0.0 installed on Windows 2000 Server machine. Today I upgraded the Windows 2000 Operating System from Service Pack 3 to Service Pack 4. After this was done I have problems when running the Web Enterprise Manager. I had two stand-alone instances created which don't appear to be there anymore. Anyone have any ideas about this problem or has run across this. If so how do you fix this problem.
