Setting the alignment property for a text item [message #634] Mon, 25 February 2002 05:01 Go to next message

I have a text box that is used for data entry and i'd like the cursor to start one or two spaces into the text box, not completely to the far left of the box.

I've tried adjusting the Justification in the properties, but the options "Left" and "Start" seem to produce the same effects :-(

Any ideas?

Greg

"left" and "Start" works in simmilar manner as long as reading order property is left-to-right.

i do not think you can set the position of cursor to one or two spaces into the text box.u can try simmulating that effect.
