I have altered database by this command:
ALTER SYSTEM SET LOCK_SGA=TRUE SCOPE=SPFILE;
then I restart database by commands:
SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATE;
STARTUP;
The following error occurs:
ORA-27100: shared memory realm already exists.
and the instance cannot be started.
Any one can help me to resolve this problem?
Best regards.
