My database main directory where all the data files are stored got removed. Now it is showing error like
RMAN-00554: initialization of internal recovery manager package failed
RMAN-04005: error from target database:
ORA-00604: error occured at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-01116: error opening database file 1
ORA-01110: data file 1: '..../system01.dbf'
ORA-27041: unable to open file
Linux-x86_64 Error: 2: No such file or directory
Please help me to solve this error.

How? Who has access to your database server? And as Michel said, all you can do is restore from backup.
