Sending SMS from a form [message #639111]

i have a problem in sms caster would you like to help me.I am using oracle forms when i send to one number its successfully sent but when i send to multiple number the sms stuck in outbox although loop is correct and my code is also correct.

I don't know, I never did that. However, here are the search results for "SMS" in topics titles. Have a look at what people previously discussed, maybe you'll find something useful.
