Do any of the userenv context variables give you what you need? For example,
orclz>
orclz> select sys_context('userenv','host') from dual;

SYS_CONTEXT('USERENV','HOST')
----------------------------------------------------------------
WORKGROUP\JW

orclz>

What version of the DB are you using?
What is the code of the function?
Which user owns the function?
How are you calling the function in the form?
What error are you getting?

Come on, man. You asked this:
Quote:
How to Get Windows Server Domain Name

So I gave you an answer (for which you never said "thank you") and now you say this:
Quote:
This Command Working Fine But Its Shows a Server Domain Name

You need to be clear on what you want. You might also consider looking up what other variables can be extracted from the userenv context. I provided only one as an example.

So you do not need to know anything about hosts, you need to know about users. Well, there is a userenv context variable that will tell you exactly what you need to know. Have you looked up the various userenv varaibles yet?
