Ramesh, plese read the guidelines to which Lalit directed you.
Then think about your question. It appears to be two totally unrelated questions.

However, in release 10.x, there is no easy way to extract one object from a backup. In release 12.x, there is. Your only option is a point in time recovery (PITR) look it up in the docs.

As for your second question, in release 10.x you must have some raw devices. You do not need raw devices from release 11.2.x. All this is described in the RAC and GI installation guides. Have you read them yet?

In addition to the other comments about reading the posting guidlines (in all three of your threads) I'd strongly advise you to do something about your user-id. Posting you email address (and by using your email address as your userid, you are posting it with every message) is an invitation to the spam bots. Even now every web-crawler on the planet is harvesting your email address and soon (if not already) you can expect your inbox to be flooded with offers to cut you in on the action if you will help launder money out of Nigeria (only access to your bank account required) or offers for certain, uh, "anatomical enhancement" products.
