Forms Builder offers Online Help System; why wouldn't you learn how to use it? Go to "Help" and there it is. Use its search capabilities for anything you'd want to know. If you still have problems, come here and ask for assistance. Hopefully, someone will help.

As of FRM-40010:
Oracle

Cause:  One of the following:
1. You entered a nonexistent form name.
2. You typed an incomplete path.
3. You do not have the proper privileges to run the form.
4. You do not have a compiled copy of the form.

Action:  Retype the form name correctly, provide the proper path name, compile the form, or contact the DBA.

You mean, you double-click the FMX file? If that's so, well, I'm not sure you can run a form that way. IFRUN executes forms from a command prompt (which is what mouse double-click emulates). You should create a shortcut whose "Target" contains IFRUN command, such as
c:\oracle\ds6i\bin\ifrun60.exe form_name_here.fmx username/password@database

I think the problem is the space character in the path; I bet "C:\Documents" is the beginning of "C:\Documents and settings".

Dear I have applied setting accordingly but when I click on fmx file it will open and automatically closed in neno seconds.

So, this method is not working.

I didn't say you should modify anything regarding the FMX file itself. I said you should use a shortcut.

I didn't mention any solution.
I just bet on the origin of the error.

you cant open .fmx file directly . open .fmb file in form builder and then run the form
or if you still want to run .fmx file then .
follow these steps:-
1. create a desktop shortcut for .fmx file.
2. right click on shortcut -->properties
3. go to programs folder and in forms menu copy target path of forms runtime submenu.
4. paste this path in target path just before the existing path for .fmx file.
5. you can set the start in property too. if the .fmx exists in any folder , you can mention path of that foler here.
6. now double click on shortcut and login
(to avoid login screen try to search how to skip oracle default login in oracle forms over google )
it should run now. (check the sample image)
/forum/fa/12399/0/

this method is for d2k6i , if you are using 10g then create a internet shortcut for fmx and type url in shortcut. for more info google it.
thanks.
