Display customer Bill_To_Address fonts in red colour [message #627996]

Hi all,
I need to dislay customer Bill_To_Address in red colour. So in the same manner i did it in the form personalization but it is affecting to both Ship_To and Bill_To addresses. Is anyone could help me that only customer Bill_To_Address should display in red colour. Navigation:- OM :- Customers :- Standard.

it is same but previous one was not a perfect question. in previous question i would like to try from backend process using custom.pll but it seemed to me confuse. Also, i posted this question in other forums by 3 months back but no one has given even one reply about this. so, please try to solve this requirement.
