hi..
in my form i have 4 objects.Respectively :
1:textitem1
2:redio button 1
3:redio button 2
4:textItem 2
when with Tab Key on redio button 1 or 2,(cursor on redio button 1 or 2)then press Shift+Tab,form lock!why?
You did your test.
You see the same thing happening?

<Shift + Tab> is used to navigate to the previous item; right? If that's so, my Forms 10g (9.0.4) on Windows XP or Windows 7 works OK, nothing locks.

ok,I also agree that form10g works ok but form11g this happen(locked form)!

Sorry, I don't use Forms 11g.

Did you check My Oracle Support? That problem might be described there; if you are lucky, you'll find a solution (patch, perhaps?) which solves that problem.

I can recreate this issue using Forms 11g (11.1.2.0.0). It appears to be a bug, as listed in MOS Doc ID: 1489654.1 (Oracle Form Sessions Hangs When Navigating Between Radio Buttons). The fix is to install a patch 13652243. You must have a MOS (My Oracle Support) account to obtain this patch.
