hi ,
i make a disable button enabled in the pre_update trigger but i should go to an item in the block to be appeared as an enabled , anyone have a solution please ??

First of all, I don't understand the question either.

If you want to go to that "enabled" item, you can't do that in the same (i.e. PRE-UPDATE) trigger as GO_ITEM is a restricted procedure. Now, what you might do depends on what you are doing. Therefore, explain it and provide as many details as necessary for us to understand.

in the pre_update trigger,I use set_item_property function to disable a button , but the button dosn't disasbled until i put the cursor on an item ?!!

What do you mean by saying that the button isn't disabled? How do you know that? Do you click the button and its WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger normally fires?
