Yes Azam, It wont work this way in form 6i it seems...Visual Attributes is not working the way it should.

In forms 6i its not possible to change the background color of a button.

Iconic ones you can use if you really have to use but you will end up loosing the text on them. Workaround will be create your icons image with the desired text and then use. Anyway that lousy solution and definitely will look ugly. 6i button colors comes as OS setting , you wont be able to change.
