Hi,

1) Our requirements is create a CSV file through Oracle form.so i have used "text_io.put_line" utility to write a file and it is working fine for Tabular format.
2) Another requirement is create a CSV file as Matrix Format.It means based on the date_from and date_to the columns should print and values should come on the corresponding columns.

I have achieved first requirement.But second req. can't.

Could anybody please help to achieve the second requirement.

In my opinion, there are tools designed to do reporting. Forms is not among them. So, I'd create a matrix layout report (using Oracle Reports) and call it from a form.
