Hi,

My client has 7-8 forms and hardly 4 users uses these forms. We want to implement security(user authentication) to these forms. Currently, any one with web URL in the company's network can access the forms.

Can someone please suggest me what to do?

Do we need to create a table with roles in the database and write a code in the form to the validate the users(by NT login ID) based on roles from roles table in DB ?

or

Is there anything to do with formsweb.cfg file, just by editing it ??
