Hi,

Can I have the list of Tools (By Oracle / Third party) to change the look and feel of Oracle Forms?

The tool should be capable of converting traditional look and feel of my existing forms to a new web based look and feel,
without having any physical design changes to my existing form modules.

There is the Oracle Forms Look and Feel Project. It does allow a large degree of customisation. However, as on the front page "This tool does not come from Oracle and is not supported by Oracle".
