Well, there's no way to learn it better then installing & poking around. So I'm interested in a basic install of Oracle Fusion Applications 11g Release 4 (11.1.4) Media Pack for Microsoft Windows x64. This would be a "personal" install, bare bones.

I just got off a conference call (I'm with a big-four implementer) and when I asked, they actually said the minimum requirements were, get this;

1. 100 GB of RAM
2. 24 CPU's

lol. So I get that's it's BIG, but I don't believe that for a second!!

Has anyone done a local install - would 1 TB of disk space & 16 GB or RAM do it?
