What if the passwords are less than 8 characters? Will I be able to use DBMS_OBFUSCATION_TOOLKIT?

If not, is there other alternative? Can I change the syntax as to allow < 8 characters in password ?

I would like to only encrypt all rows in a single column containing password. How do I go about to change the syntax?

Please email me your response at sshah@meridianksi.com at the earliest.

Thanks.
