We have a new spammer with rude behaviour on wiki side, he modified twice in an hour (see Special:RecentChanges) the Byte wiki page from 2 different IP, 109.169.73.235 and 109.169.70.82, allocated to the same organization "RapidSwitch Ltd" near Wichita, Kansas. I removed his modifications and banned the IP but I'm not sure he will not come with a third IP.

I don't know if some of you (I mostly think about our USA members) have any report possibility to alert against the bad behaviour of this person first to RapidSwitch then to an official USA organization. If so, please do.

Regards
Michel

RapidSwitch LTD appears to be a U.K. company that is an ISP and provides web hosting and such.

I was not aware of any reporting procedures to ISP's or government agencies, but found the following in a Google search:

http://www.fw2.com/rec5.html

So, you can do whatever notifications you like via email, regardless of where you are. So, I will leave it up to you to do that if you like.
