Hi,
I've created report to generate letters,my query contains records more than 1000 while generating report it shows report progress
"Formatting Page 1000" after that report builder gets closed without any error message,I've tried for 10 records it is working fine, please suggest how to handle for large number of records.

Which operating system do you use? What is the destination? A file? What kind of it (a PDF)? Is there enough memory (both RAM and hard disk)?

Sir,

I'm using windows XP professional, file type is PDF, & system memory is 1 GB & around 40 GB is free hard disk space.

What happens if you run the report from Reports Developer, using its default output (i.e. screen)? Does it finish successfully?

Sir,

While generating report by default "generate to file >PDF" options reports generated successfully,while using distribute option around 300 records file generated successfully, but when I'm trying for more records like 1500 it after some time report builder get terminated without any message.

Well, you could always run it in batches (300 by 300, until there are no more pages to be created).
