Text Only in Last Page [message #499295]

I want to show two Lines of footer Text only in the Last Page of the Report. If there in only one Page , then it should come in the First page.

Can any one help me?

Set text's property to print on "Last page". If there's only one page, it is also the "last page" so I guess it should be OK.

Just a note - there are different forums here on OraFAQ - not all questions are Forms related, so - please, put your next questions where appropriate.

Dear,

As Mr.Littlefoot told Set text's property to print on "Last page" & Base Printing On propety to Anchoring Object.

I tested it a few moments ago - it works OK for me (using Reports 10g). Here's how.

It is giving me Ilegal Print Condition error. Attached the rdf.

I think you did not read my message carefully.Put your's text under the margin as I shown in my first screen short.Then run report.

I have seen it. But it won't work if we place the Text outside margin. Because my requirement is outside margin.

Did you take a look at my screenshot (in a message #499498)? It makes it look like it is outside of a margin (because frame is expanded almost through the whole page), but it is not. End-user doesn't care about "margins", "frames", "anchors" etc. End-user knows how it is supposed to look like at the end, you (as a developer) should try to do that. Note that some end-user wishes are impossible to meet.

Thanks for your help. So if we place the text outside the Margin, "Last Page Property" won't work.rite ?
