What do you mean? I don't understand the question. Could you illustrate it?

Use the rotate tool at layout left side tool panel to rotate the field.
IS this what you are looking for?
Ex: "sriram"--->

I think I know what's bothering you.

Unfortunately, there's no "Vertical" alignment by default so - you have to do that manually. Here's an example: I created a table that looks like this:
SQL> desc test
 Name                          Null?    Type
 ----------------------------- -------- --------------------
 ID                                     VARCHAR2(20)
 TEXT                                   VARCHAR2(1000)

SQL> column text format a30
SQL> select * from test;

ID                   TEXT
-------------------- ------------------------------
one two This is a lengthy sentence tha
                     t is supposed to span multiple
                      lines in a report.

three                Another looooooong sentence (b
                     ut shorter than the previous o
                     ne)

SQL>

When you create a report (by letting wizard to the job), it looks like the left report. What you want, is the right one:

/forum/fa/8403/0/

So, how to do that? Using an anchor. This is how you'd do that:

/forum/fa/8405/0/

Using the anchor tool, click the right frame line that belongs to F_ID field and draw a line (anchor, actually) to the left frame line of the F_TEXT field. That should do it.

Your explanations are still lacking in detail.
Which bits of which items to do you want to align with which bits of which other items?
Explain with words and sample out put what is in the wrong place and where exactly you want it to end up.
