Opening Report Builder [message #469886]

I have installed Report Builder 10g
base OS in Windows XP
and used lot of times

but today..
Report builder is just opening the dialog boxes...
background environment is not getting opening....

Only dialog box is getting visible no other thing get visible...

Is there any process how is stopping opening the Report Builder Environment

Is there any thing related to Process...?

What changed since you managed to open Reports Builder? Did you install any new software?

If nothing helps, perhaps you'll have to reinstall Developer Suite.
