Hellow To Everyone.

I am having problem in report server actually we have three report servers which is installed in three different servers
but recently we are using two one is live and the second one is test report server.
what is my problem,my problem is sometime report server is hangging and the message appears Unable to Connect to the Report Server.
Application server 10g 9.0.4.19(R1)
database 11G(R2).
Looking for help and Advices.
