I want to if its possible to have multiple LGWR processes for a single database.If its possible how does the multiple processes write from redo log buffer to online redo log file.

Yes and no.
You can have several log writers for a single database but only one per instance.

Suppose the logwriter process is very slow to write data to redo log files any way to solve this?

Buy faster disks or reserved some disk for it alone.
The problem is not in LGWR which has few works to do, it is almost all the time in underlying io subsystem.
