Dear,
We have oracle server 10g in my office, in which i need to login through isqlplus(through iexplorer) in my system. how to set it.
pls help.

If you have no DBA, do not use iSQLPlus, you will not be able to manage it.
Use genuine SQL*Plus or SQL Developer.
Are you also managing your database with no DBA?
