hi all,

I am new to Reports . I want to use bar code in oracle reports 6i
and i want to deploy the report in LINUX environment what are the steps required for it .& please let me know the Detail process.

Reports 6i = client-server? If so, I guess that all you have to do is to install barcode font onto every computer that is going to print that report.

hi

my report runs on server side & not on the client side . so is it sufficient to install it on server side rather than installing on the client side. And if it is ok then what is the process of installation on server side on LINUX

In that case, as far as I can tell, barcode must be installed on both server and client computers.
