"Look and feel" I know is a parameter contained within the FORMSWEB.CFG file. Can be set to "Oracle" or "Generic".
  • If it is set to "Oracle", then you can also modify the "Color scheme" parameter and set it to one of the following colors: blue, khaki, olive, purple, red, teal, titanium.
  • If it is set to "Generic", color scheme parameter has no effect

Or, are you talking about something different?
