Can any one suggest whether we can install Toad in Mac OS.

As far as I can tell, you can not install TOAD directly on Mac-OS. But you could try to install a virtual machine on Mac, install MS Windows (XP?) and then install TOAD on Windows on Virtual PC.

There are other ways to get Windows stuff running on OSX (eg darwine).
However, I would suggest using SQL-Developer. It runs on OSX without having to hassle with wine, VMs, or whatever.

Oh, I'm sure there are. My sentence about a "virtual machine" was pure theory (as the only Mac computer I've ever seen was on a picture (not literally, but close enough)).

Not so far I have found new cool tool to work in mac os x - Valentina Studio. Its free edition can do things more than many commercial tools!!
