hi to all

i installed oracle 10g R2 on my RHEL5 successfully
but i could not start the database
when i try to start it i got the following error
EM configuration issue /u01/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/db_1/java/.../mydomain.org_TSH_1 not found

could any one help me to start the database

That is an Enterprise Manager error, which has nothing to do with the database itself.

Post the console session where you tried to start the database.

Also post the output of

env |sort


Also, which database version exactly ( 4 digit version )
