Hi Everyone:

I have a problem exporting the data retrieved from a query to a txt file.

I have windows vista, IE 7, and Office 2007.

When I export to txt, the encoding format is UTF-8, when I do that with the previous version of Oracle Discoverer Desktop (the standalone one) the txt is encoding in ANSI.

When I export other things from IE to txt it decodes on ANSI and not in UTF-8.

Is ther any issue in an adminsitration level to change that encoding in TXT?
